2024 Fast Orange Giveaway by Permatex 

OFFICIAL RULES  

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OPT-IN TO MAILING LIST WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  

1. SPONSOR: This Giveaway is offered, sponsored, and administered by Permatex Inc. (“Sponsor”), 6875 Parkland Blvd., Solon, OH 44139, USA. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America, (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) and Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Persons residing in any other jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (biological, step or in-law) including parent, grandparent, child, sibling, or spouse of any of the foregoing (regardless of where they live) or households of any of the above, whether related or not, IRS dependents, and household members of Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and web design agencies, and all other entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter or win.  

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The “Giveaway Period” begins on __December 12th__, 2024, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on _December 31st__, 2024, at 4:00 PM ET (“Closing Date”).  The Sponsor’s server (located in Solon, Ohio) is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. 

4. HOW TO ENTER: To be considered an “Entrant” in the Giveaway, an individual must comment on Permatex’s Instagram post about [Must Follow Fast.orange on Instagram and tag 2 people in the comments of the giveaway post] (“Entry”).   

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.  

5. ENTRY TERMS:  Participation constitutes Entrant’s unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsor before the Closing Date will be included in the Giveaway.  

6.  GENERAL WINNER SELECTION:  On or about October 18, at 2 P.M., a random drawing will be held to select one (1) winner (“Winner”) from all eligible Entries received. Sponsor’s decision will be final in all matters pertaining to the random drawings and Sponsor reserves the right to decide the final determination for eligibility of the Prize. 

Sponsor will notify the potential Winner via Entrant’s Instagram accounts. If a potential Winner does not respond to Sponsor within the 72-hour allotted time period, Sponsor will randomly select another potential Winner from all eligible entries, and the same process will be repeated until each Winner is contacted, and the prizes are awarded.  Sponsor is not responsible for contacting an entrant if that entrant has changed contact information and failed to provide Sponsor the proper contact information when such information is required.  

7.  PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): There will be five (5) Winners. The Winners will be awarded two (2) bottles of 16 Fl. Oz. Fast Orange body wash (ARV = $_25__) (“Prize”).  

The odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period.   

8.  PRIZE DELIVERY:  Shortly after Winners have been selected, the Winners will be notified by [Fast.Orange Instagram account via direct message] 

If any portion of the Prize is lost, destroyed, or stolen it will not be replaced.   

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor and reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in either of their sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website or mobile device users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission (including text message transmission), communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the website. The Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person’s mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway and select a Winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsor may deem fair and appropriate.
